Sometimes a candidate doesn’t receive the assessment invite. Most email issues fall into three categories: Spam filters, Bounces, or Network blocks The Candidate Can't Find the Email (Spam/Junk) If Xobin shows the email as "Sent" but the candidate hasn't received it: Check Folders: Ask the candidate to check their Spam, Junk, and Promotions (Gmail) folders.
