What is Auto-Advance and Auto-Reject ?

Auto-Advance moves candidates forward to the next stage if they meet the criteria you define.

Examples:

  • A candidate who scores 40% or more in the assessment will be moved to the interview round.

  • A candidate who selected “Open to Night Shift” in the application stage moves to the next evaluation step.

  • If someone scored above 60% in the live interview stage, they get auto-moved to the final round.

You can set these conditions when you set up or edit any stage in Xobin Tracks.

Auto-Reject removes candidates from the hiring flow if they don’t meet the criteria set by you.

Examples:

  • A candidate scores below 40% in the assessment — they are auto-rejected.

  • If someone selects “Not open to relocation” in the application form — they’re filtered out.

  • A candidate fails to meet a specific requirement in later interview stages.

These candidates are moved to the Rejected Stage automatically, and you don’t need to take any manual action.
