What is a Review Stage and Why is it Important?

The Review Stage in Xobin Tracks is a flexible or custom stage that allows you to manage parts of the hiring process that happen outside the Xobin platform.

It’s useful for any evaluation that isn’t conducted directly through Xobin — for example, an in-person interview at a college or office. Even though the interview happens offline, evaluators can still log in to Xobin and submit their scores in the Review Stage, ensuring all candidate data stays in one place.

👉 You can name this stage anything like “Final In-Person Interview” or “Campus Round.”

This stage helps:

●        Maintain consistency in candidate evaluation, even for offline interviews.

●        Keep all scores and decisions centrally recorded inside Xobin.

●        Mark the candidate’s journey as complete within the platform.

In short, any hiring step done outside Xobin but scored inside Xobin can be handled using the Review Stage.
