What does Exclusive allocation mean?

When enabled, Xobin makes sure that the same evaluator doesn’t evaluate the same candidate again in the next stages.

This helps maintain unbiased evaluation by having fresh eyes on the candidate in each round.

Example: If Evaluator A evaluated a candidate in the first interview, they won’t be assigned the same candidate again in the next round.

This feature is great for maintaining neutrality and diverse opinions throughout the hiring process.

Note: The 'Exclusive' option only works when 'Round Robin' allocation is enabled. Also, if all evaluators have already evaluated the candidate in previous stages and no new evaluators are left, Xobin will assign the evaluator who hasn’t been allocated a scorecard for that stage in a while.
