What are Teams in Xobin Tracks?
Teams allow you to group multiple users together to conduct interviews or evaluations.
● Perfect for panel interviews where more than one person evaluates a candidate.
● Each team member can score the candidate, and Xobin will automatically calculate the average score for each trait.
● A user can be a part of one or multiple teams.
This makes collaborative evaluations easy and ensures fair scoring.
How to Create a Team with an Existing User?
Step 1: Log in to the Xobin Dashboard
- Go to: Xobin Sign-In.
- After logging in, you’ll land on the Home Page.
Step 2: Navigate to Settings
- From the side menu, scroll down and click on “Settings”.
Step 3: Go to the ‘Users’ Tab
- Inside the Settings page, go to the “Users” tab on the top right.
- This will show a list of all existing users and their roles.
Step 4: Click on ‘Create Team’
- On the right-hand side of the Users section, click on “Create Team” button next to “Add User”.
Step 5: Enter Team Details
- A pop-up will appear titled “Create a new team”.
- Enter the Team Name in the text box.
- Add Members by selecting from the user list (e.g., “Labhesh” and “Khushi Chandra”).
- Once the name and members are added, click on the “Save Team” button to finalize.
Step 6: Verify Team Creation
- You’ll now see the newly added "New" team next to users in the “Part of” column.
