What are Score Cards in Xobin Tracks?

Score Cards help you evaluate a candidate based on selected traits or parameters (like communication, technical skills, etc.). You can rate each candidate on a scale of 0 to 10 for every selected trait.


  • You can add Score Cards to the Automated Interview, Live Interview, or Review Stage in Tracks.


  • If a team is evaluating, the final score is the average of all evaluators’ scores. This can be a single team, multiple teams, or even a group of users who are not part of any formal team — Xobin will still average the scores given by all evaluators for that stage.


  • If needed, you can edit the scores later.


  • If a candidate is not yet scored, their profile will show the status as "Pending".


  • You’ll find pending evaluations under the “My Tasks” section in the Track.


👉 You can create customized score cards for your company by going to Settings → Score Cards in your Xobin account.
