How to share invitation with a duplicate candidate ?

If you attempt to invite a candidate who has already been invited, follow the same steps as above. The platform will handle duplicates as follows:

Single Invite

A popup will appear alerting you of the duplicate invite. Click Invite Anyway to proceed.

A candidate who has already completed the assessment cannot retake it, even if re-invited.

Bulk Invite

Duplicates are automatically detected and filtered out. If the uploaded file contains a candidate who was previously invited, a popup will appear notifying you of the duplicate. Click Invite Anyway.
