How to invite candidates to an AI interview?
- Log In to Your Account
- Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin and sign in with your credentials.
- Navigate to the AI Interviews Tab
- In the sidebar, click AI Interviews.
- Access the Invite Section
- Click Invite next to the required AI interview.

- Xobin supports two types of assessment invites — Email Invite (Single and Bulk) and Magic Link.
- Invite candidates via Single Invite
- Enter the candidate's full name and email address.
- Enter a custom message to be included in the invitation email.

- Optionally, set the expiry date for the invite.
- Click Send Invite.

- Invite candidates via Magic Link
- Click on Magic link.
- Click Copy Link to copy the assessment link to your clipboard.
- Share the link manually with your candidates.
- Select the start and end dates for the link's validity period.
- Click Save.

- Invite candidates via Bulk Invite
- Click Bulk Invite.
- Click Upload CSV File and upload your candidate list. Refer to this guide for the correct CSV format: Format to upload CSV file for bulk invite
- You can also manually enter candidate name and email ID and add them one by one by clicking on Add.
- Enter a custom message to be included in the invitation email.

- Click the bin icon next to a candidate to remove them from the bulk invite list.
- Optionally, set the validity period for the invite.
- Configure 2 automated reminders.
- Click Send Invites.
