How to share AI interview reports with hiring managers?

1. Log In to Your Account

• Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin
• Sign in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to the AI Interviews Tab

• In the sidebar, click AI Interviews.

3. Open Reports

• Select the required interview.
• Click Reports.

4. Download Individual Results

• Click View report next to a candidate to view their full individual report.

• Click Download Full Report to download the complete report.
• Click Download Summary to download just a summary of the candidate's performance.
• Manually send these PDFs to other hiring managers.

5. Export Entire Results

• Click Export to export the entire results to your email.
• Download and forward the received Excel file to other hiring managers.
