How to create and configure an AI interview?
- Log In to Your Account
- Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin and sign in with your credentials.
- Navigate to the AI Interviews Tab
- In the sidebar, click AI Interviews.
- Create a New Interview
- Click + Create AI Interview to open the creation area.

- Click Start from Scratch.
- Enter the Job role.
- Click Continue.

- Configure the Job Description
- A Job Description (JD) is automatically generated, containing must-have skills and nice-to-have skills.
- Edit the JD as needed, or click Regenerate to create a new one entirely.
- Click Next to proceed.

- Edit Skills
- Click on a skill name to edit it.
- You can modify the following for each skill:
- Skill name
- Questioning style and approach (edit or regenerate)
- Evaluation criteria
- Follow-up questions or code review questions (if applicable)
- Click Save Changes to confirm your edits.
- Click Delete Skill to remove a skill entirely.

- To add a new skill, enter the skill name and click + Add.

- Configure the AI Interviewer
- Select the interview language.
- Choose the interviewer's accent.
- Select a male or female voice.
- Click Start Conversation Preview to preview the interviewer before saving.

- Configure Interview Settings
- Set the cut-off score.
- Define the minimum and maximum interview duration.
- Toggle on Mobile-Friendly Interview to allow candidates to attend the interview on a mobile device.
- Toggle on Completion Alerts to receive an email notification whenever a candidate completes an interview.
- Toggle on the required proctoring settings.
- Click Save Interview to finalize.
