How to interpret AI interview score?
- Log In to Your Account
- Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin
- Sign in with your credentials.
- Navigate to the AI Interviews Tab
- In the sidebar, click AI Interviews.
- Open Reports
- Select the required interview.
- Click Reports.
- Click View Report next to a candidate to view their full individual report.
4. View Skill Scores
- View the scores for each skill under Must Have Skills and Nice to Have Skills.
- Click Click to Edit to manually adjust a score if needed.
5. View Performance Details
- Scroll down to view a detailed summary of the candidate's performance for each individual skill.
