How to interpret AI interview score?

1. Log In to Your Account

• Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin
• Sign in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to the AI Interviews Tab

• In the sidebar, click AI Interviews.

3. Open Reports

• Select the required interview.
• Click Reports.

• Click View Report next to a candidate to view their full individual report.

4. View Skill Scores

• View the scores for each skill under Must Have Skills and Nice to Have Skills.
• Click Click to Edit to manually adjust a score if needed.

5. View Performance Details

• Scroll down to view a detailed summary of the candidate's performance for each individual skill.
