How to invite an individual candidate by email?
- Log In to Your Account
- Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin and sign in with your credentials.
- Navigate to the Assessments Tab
- In the sidebar, click Assessments.
- Access the Invite Section
- Click Invite next to the required assessment.

- Send the Invite
- Enter the candidate's full name and email address.
- Enter a custom message to be included in the invitation email.
- To save the message for future use, click Save as Template.
- To use a previously saved message, select it from the Select a Template dropdown.

- Optionally, set the validity period for the invite.
- Toggle on Enable Automated Reminders and configure when the reminders should be sent.
- Click Send Invite.
