How to move candidates across hiring stages?

1. Log In to Your Account

• Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin and sign in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to the Tracks Tab

• In the sidebar, click Tracks.

3. Access Track Settings

• Click Manage next to the required track.

4. Move Candidates

Method 1: Via the Pipeline Section

• Go to the Pipeline section.
• Drag and drop the candidate's name to the desired stage.

Method 2: Via the Candidates Section

• Go to the Candidates section.
• Tick the radio button next to the desired candidate(s).
• At the bottom, click the 1st icon to move the candidate to the next stage in sequence.
• Click the 2nd icon to move the candidate to any specific stage of your choice.
