How to create a XoForm?

XoForms help you build intelligent, customizable forms to collect candidate information through structured conversations.

This article walks you through the step-by-step process of creating an XoForm from scratch in Xobin.


  1. To create an XoForm, log in to your Xobin account and navigate to Other Tools > XoForms from the left menu.
  2. On the XoForms page, click Create XoForm in the top-right corner to begin.



  1. Enter a name for your form and select Create from scratch.



  1. You will be taken to the Form Details page, where the form name is mandatory and a form description can be added to provide instructions or guidance for candidates. Once completed, click Next to proceed.

  1. In the Form Fields section, default fields such as Name and Email are already added.
  • You can quickly include additional suggested fields like phone number, ID proof, CGPA, years of experience, or an introduction video.
  • Each field can be marked as required, edited, deleted, or duplicated as needed.
  • Custom fields can also be added using the Add new form field option.


  1. After reviewing all fields, click Create XoForm to finalize the form.


The XoForm will now appear on your dashboard and is ready to be shared with candidates!
