How to export XoForm responses in a excel sheet?

Xobin allows you to export candidate XoForm responses to review and shortlist the best candidates before proceeding with the online assessment round. Responses can be exported as a bulk CSV file or downloaded individually as a PDF. Follow the steps below to export XoForm responses:-

1. Log In to Your Account

• Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin
• Sign in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to the XoForms Tab

• In the sidebar, scroll down and click XoForms.

3. View Responses

• Click the View Responses button next to the required XoForm.

4. Export All Responses

• Click the Export button in the top-right corner.
• A CSV file containing all candidate responses will be sent to your logged-in email address.

5. Download an Individual Response

• Click View Report next to the desired candidate's name.

• Click Download Response in the left sidebar to download the candidate's response as a PDF.
