How to configure rejection email?
- Log In to Your Account
- Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin and sign in with your credentials.
- Navigate to the Tracks Tab
- In the sidebar, click Tracks.
- Open the Track
- Click Manage next to the required track.

- Reject Candidates Manually
- Click Candidates.
- Select the radio button next to the candidate you wish to reject.
- Click the thumbs down icon at the bottom to reject the candidate.

- Configure the Rejection Email
- Toggle on Notify Candidate(s) about their rejection via email.
- Edit the Email Message as needed.
- Click Save Rejection Settings.

- Set Up Auto-Reject
- Click Automation in the sidebar.
- Click the thunder icon to enable automation for the required stage.
- Click Auto-Reject.
- Define the condition that will trigger automatic rejection.
- Click Edit Email Message, enter the email body, and click Save.
- Click Save to apply the auto-reject settings.
