How to automatically move a candidate from one stage to another based on conditions?

1. Log In to Your Account

• Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin
• Sign in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to the Tracks Tab

• In the sidebar, scroll down and click Tracks (Jobs).

3. Open the Required Track

• Click on the required track's name.

4. Access the Automation Settings

• In the sidebar, click Automation.
• Click the flash icon for the stage you want to configure.

5. Create an Automation Rule

• Select whether to set a condition for AutoAdvance or AutoReject.
• Click + Add Condition.
• Choose the relevant field from the dropdown and define the condition.
• Repeat to add more conditions as needed.
• Once all conditions are configured, click Save.
