How to automatically move a candidate from one stage to another based on conditions?

1. Log In to Your Account

• Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin and sign in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to the Tracks Tab

• In the sidebar, click Tracks.

3. Access Track Settings

• Click Manage next to the required track.

4. Set Up Automation

• Go to the Automation section.
• Click the thunder icon to enable automation for the required stage.

5. Setting up Auto-Advance

• Select AutoAdvance.
• Click + Add Condition.
• Define the condition and add more conditions if required.
• Choose whether to notify the candidates via mail.
• Click Save.
