How to assign recruiters or hiring managers to a job?

  1. Log In to Your Account


  1. Navigate to the Tracks Tab
  • In the sidebar, click Tracks.


  1. Access Track Settings
  • Click Manage next to the required track.


  1. Add a New Stage
  • Click Stages in the sidebar.
  • Click + Add New Stage.


  1. Assign a Recruiter for a Live Interview Stage
  • Enter the stage name.
  • Select Live Interview as the stage type.
  • Choose who schedules the interview — candidates or admins.
  • Select the slot duration and meeting provider.
  • Select the interviewer from the dropdown.
  • Click Add Stage.


  1. Assign an Evaluator for a Review Stage
  • Enter the stage name.
  • Select Review as the stage type.
  • Toggle on Add Scorecard.
  • Select the evaluator from the dropdown.
  • Toggle on the preferred mode of allocating evaluators.
  • Click Add Stage.
