What should candidates do if the page freezes?

If the assessment page freezes or questions are loading slowly, the candidates follow these steps in order:

  • Do a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R) once.
  • Switch their internet connection — if they're on Wi-Fi, switch to a mobile hotspot, or vice versa — and refresh the page.
  • Copy the test link and try opening it in an Incognito window of a different browser.
  • Check that their browser and system are up to date.
  • If the issue persists, switch to a different device with a faster internet connection.


Do not close the test tab while troubleshooting, as this may affect their test progress.
