How to handle internet disconnection during assessment?

If the internet disconnects during the assessment, follow these steps:


  • Do not close the browser tab. Closing the tab may affect your test progress.
  • Switch your internet connection — if you're on Wi-Fi, switch to a mobile hotspot, or vice versa.
  • Once reconnected, the test will resume from where you left off in the same browser session.
  • If needed, reload the page once to resume.


If you reconnect using the same test link within 30 minutes and in the same browser session, you may continue the test. However, the timer will continue running in the background during the disconnection. When you return, you will be required to submit the current section with whatever responses were completed before proceeding to the next section.Do not close the test tab at any point, as reopening it may result in loss of progress.
