How to handle internet disconnection during assessment?
If the internet disconnects during the assessment, follow these steps:
- Do not close the browser tab. Closing the tab may affect your test progress.
- Switch your internet connection — if you're on Wi-Fi, switch to a mobile hotspot, or vice versa.
- Once reconnected, the test will resume from where you left off in the same browser session.
- If needed, reload the page once to resume.
