What browser and device should candidates use?

Recommended Browser

Google Chrome is strongly recommended. Always use the latest version and open the test in an Incognito window (Ctrl + Shift + N). Before starting, clear your browser history, disable all plugins and extensions, and restart the browser.

Recommended Device

Use a laptop or desktop for the best experience. Tablets are supported but mobile phones are not advisable.

Screen Resolution

Minimum: 1600 × 900
Recommended: 1920 × 1080 (Full HD) or higher
Set browser zoom to 100% (default)

Note: Lower resolutions may cause UI misalignment, hidden buttons, or incomplete visibility during the test.

Internet Connection

AI-Proctored / Webcam-Proctored / Coding Assessments: Minimum 50 Mbps, recommended 100 Mbps or higher.
Non-Proctored Assessments: Minimum 30 Mbps, recommended 50 Mbps or higher.

Network Requirements

Avoid VPNs, restricted Wi-Fi networks, and firewalls.
Disable antivirus software if any.
Ask your IT team to whitelist *.xobin.com and https://storage.googleapis.com/ if using a corporate network.
