How to handle candidates with accessibility needs?

Xobin assessments are designed to be taken on a laptop or desktop. The following guidance applies to candidates with specific accessibility needs:

  • No Webcam Available

If your assessment includes video questions but you do not have a webcam, you may skip the question if it is not in a required category. If the question is required, you will need to switch to a device with webcam and microphone capabilities to record your response.

  • Mobile Devices

Taking the assessment on a mobile phone is not advisable. However, tablets are supported as an alternative if a laptop or desktop is unavailable.

  • Internet Accessibility

If you are in an area with limited internet access, ensure you have at least the minimum required bandwidth before starting the assessment. Switching between Wi-Fi and a mobile hotspot can help in case of connectivity issues.

  • Time Constraints

The assessment duration is set by the recruiter and cannot be extended. If you require additional time due to accessibility needs, please reach out to the recruiter before starting the assessment.

For any accessibility-related concerns not covered above, candidates should contact the recruiter directly before beginning the assessment.
