How to create skill based tests?

Xobin makes it easy to create skill-based assessments to evaluate candidates effectively. Follow the steps below to create and launch an assessment.

• Log in to your Xobin account and go to the Assessments section from the left sidebar.

• Click Create new assessment to start creating an assessment.

• Choose Create From Scratch when prompted with the assessment creation options.

• The assessment builder opens with the Skills tab selected by default, where you can search for skills or browse categories and choose question types such as MCQs, Coding, Subjective, Assignment, or Typing.
• Add questions to the section, set the number of questions and time limit, and enable optional settings like shuffle questions or off-tab enforcement as needed.
• You can add more sections if required, review the total duration and cut-off score at the top, and click Create assessment once everything is configured.

• Enter or edit the Assessment Name and add an optional description for candidates. Click Next to proceed.

• Add candidate information fields such as phone number, resume, ID proof, CGPA, years of experience, or introduction video if needed.
• Mark fields as mandatory where required and click Next.
• Configure general settings such as off-tab activity tracking, webcam proctoring, AI proctoring, eye-gaze tracking, screen recording, and completion alerts.
• Click Launch Assessment to make the assessment live.

• Share the assessment using the open link or send single or bulk invitations to candidates.

The assessment will be available on your Assessments dashboard for tracking and management.
