How to randomize the questions from a pool of questions?

Randomizing a pool of questions ensures that each candidate receives a different set of questions, maintaining assessment integrity and fairness.

1. Log In to Your Account

• Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin
• Sign in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to the Assessments Tab

• In the sidebar, scroll down and click Assessments.

3. Open the Advanced Assessment Builder

• Click the edit (pen) icon next to the required assessment.

• Click + Advanced Builder in the top-right corner.

4. Randomize Questions

• Click Set Custom Rule for the required section.

• Click the dropdown corresponding to the difficulty level under the required skill.
• Select Any to randomize across the question pool.
• Enter the number of questions to be presented to each candidate from the pool.
• Click Save Rules.

• Click + Add Question to manually select additional questions if needed.
• To modify or remove an existing rule, click Change/Delete Rule respectively.

5. Save the Assessment

• Click Save in the top-right corner to apply your changes.
