How to Create a Multi-Section Customized Assessment?
Xobin allows you to create multi-section assessments to evaluate candidates across different skills or topics in a structured way. You can include up to 5 sections, each focusing on specific skill sets such as coding, aptitude, or psychometric analysis.
This helps provide a more comprehensive evaluation of a candidate’s abilities.
Steps to Create a Multi-Section Customized Assessment:
- Log in to Your Account
- Go to: [https://app.xobin.com/signin]()
- Sign in with your credentials.
- Navigate to Assessments
- From the dashboard, go to the Assessments tab

- Create a New Assessment
- Click + Create New Assessment.

- Select Create from Scratch.

- The assessment creation builder window will open.
- Enter the assessment name.
- Click + Add Section to create your first section.

- Provide a name for the section.

- Search and select skills from the sidebar or choose from the listed domains.

- Configure Settings:
- Click on "Quiz" adjacent to each skill and set the number of questions by difficulty level.


- Configure Section timer.

- Configure Cut-off score.

- Configure additional assessment settings as required.

- Add Additional Sections
- Click + Add Section to create more sections.
- Repeat the same steps:
- Add skills from different domains
- Set question count and difficulty
- Configure timer and other settings
- Once all sections are configured, click Create Assessment to save.


- Then follow the next steps to
- add descriptions
- set up the registration form (if required)
- enable proctoring settings
- launch the assessment
- Your assessment will then be available on your dashboard.



- Edit an Existing Assessment
- Go to the Assessments tab.
- Click the edit (pen) icon next to the assessment.
- Add and modify sections using + Add Section.
- Click Save Assessment after making changes.
