How to configure GDPR / DPDPA consent collection from candidates?

1. Log In to Your Account

• Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin
• Sign in with your credentials.

Via XoForms:

2. Navigate to the XoForms Tab

• In the sidebar, click XoForms.

3. Open the XoForm Settings

• Click the three dots next to the required XoForm.

4. Editing the Agreement Section

• Go to the Instructions tab.
• Under **Agreement **section, edit the agreement details in the text box, ensuring compliance with GDPR and DPDPA regulations.
• Click Save.

Via Assessments:

2. Navigate to the Assessments Tab

• In the sidebar, click Assessments.

3. Open the Assessment Settings

• Click Manage next to the required assessment.

4. Editing the Agreement Section

• Go to the Agreement tab.
• Edit the agreement details in the text box, ensuring compliance with GDPR and DPDPA regulations.
• Click Save Changes.
