Do you charge for additional users?
Xobin online assessment software with 1000+ pre-built assessments allows account holders to add (co-account holder) other users to the account. For Discovery plan, the account holder can add upto 5 users ( including admins, super-admins and users) & 10 users for the essential plan. Please connect with the account managers for additional charges with regards to adding an additional user.
Who is a super-admin and what are the responsibilities?
Super-admin is one who can add other users to the account, create and send assessment invites to the candidates.
I need my team to access the account, how can I invite my team members to access Xobin?
Xobin online assessment software with 1000+ pre-built assessments allows account holders to add (co-account holder) other users to the account. Here is how employers can add their recruiting team members to the assessment software and enable access for them. Login to https://app.xobin.com/signin with your account credentials. Click on 'Settings tab' in the top menu.
Who is a admin and what are the responsibilities?
Admin is one who can create assessments, send assessment invites to the candidates and can also view reports. Note: The admin cannot add new users to the account.
Is sharing of accounts allowed?
Sharing of accounts with other organizations is strictly not allowed. However, the account holder can onboard and enable access to other team members who are from the same organization. Also, the user/account holder is required to use only organization's email address (name@organization name.com)
