Who is an Admin and what are the responsibilities?

The Admin is a secondary user on the Xobin platform with broad access to core features. The following section outlines the permissions available to an Admin across each area of the platform:-


Assessments:

  • Create and edit assessments
  • Preview all assessments
  • Manage test settings
  • Invite candidates
  • View and export test reports


Tracks:

  • Create and edit tracks
  • Preview all tracks
  • Manage track configurations
  • Send tracks to candidates
  • View and export responses


AI Interviews:

  • Create, schedule, and edit interviews
  • Configure interviewer settings
  • Invite candidates
  • View and export reports


Note: Admins can perform all functions available to a Super Admin, with one exception — Admins cannot add other users to the Xobin account.
