Who is a Super-Admin and what are the responsibilities?

The Super Admin is the primary user on the Xobin platform with full access to all features and settings. The following section outlines the permissions available to a Super Admin across each area of the platform.

Assessments:

Create and edit assessments
Preview all assessments
Manage test settings
Invite candidates
View and export test reports

Tracks:

Create and edit tracks
Preview all tracks
Manage track configurations
Send tracks to candidates
View and export responses

AI Interviews:

Create, schedule, and edit interviews
Configure interviewer settings
Invite candidates
View and export reports

Billing:

Full access to all billing and subscription management
Manages all finance-related operations

Account Details:

Edit company details such as company name, sender name for invites, and theme color
Add and delete users (up to a maximum of 10 users per account)
Invite teammates to the account, revoke pending invitations
Assign and modify user roles
Assign roles, change roles

The Owner is a special designation given to the Super-Admin who was added to the account first.
