How to Create a Multi-Section Customized Assessment?

Xobin allows you to create multi-section customized assessments, enabling you to evaluate candidates across different skills or topics in a structured manner. You can include up to 5 sections in your assessments, each focusing on different skill sets such as coding, aptitude, psychometric analysis, etc. Xobin supports the inclusion of various question types within a single customized test. Creating multi-section assessments helps you evaluate candidates more comprehensively, providing insights into their skills across different areas.

Steps to Create a Multi-Section Customized Assessment:



1. Log in to Xobin:
Visit Xobin Signup Link and log in to your account.



2. Navigate to My Assessments:
After logging in, go to the Assessments tab.
Click + Create New Assessment and select Create from scratch to start a new assessment, or select an existing one to customize by clicking the Edit Assessment icon to add more sections.



3. start creating assessment with your first secton:
The assessment creation builder window will open.
Name the Assessment at the top. Then, create the first section by clicking the + Add Section button. Select skills from the left navbar and name each section according to the skills or topics you want to assess.
Once you've added skills to your section, you can:
Select the number of questions for each difficulty level.
Set a timer for the section.
Set a cut-off score.
Enable other assessment settings as needed.



4. Add Additional Sections:
Your first section is now ready with the relevant skills, number of questions, timer, and other settings.
To add more sections, click + Add Section and follow the same steps: add skills from different skill domains, set the timer, and adjust other settings as needed.



5. Save the Assessment:
Once you’ve created and customized all sections, kindly do a proper review once and save the assessment.
*Then follow the next steps to setup descriptions, set-up registration form if required, enable proctoring settings and launch the assessment.
Your assessment is ready and live in your dashboard.
