Roles and Responsibilities of the user on the Xobin Dashboard ?

The role assigned to you on the Xobin dashboard defines your access level, responsibilities, and permissions within the platform. It determines what features you can use, such as creating tests, reviewing candidates, managing users, or accessing reports, ensuring smooth collaboration and secure handling of hiring workflows.

The platform supports four user roles:

• Super-Admin
• Admin
• Observer
• Test Creator

Super-Admin: The primary Xobin account user and the one who has all the rights to use the entire Xobin platform.

Responsibilities:

• Super Admin can Preview all the assessments and view/exports the test reports from My Assessments section
• Super Admin can create/edit the tests, invite the candidates, view/exports the reports and also manage the test settings etc.
• Super Admin has all the Billing rights and manage the finance part.
• Super Admin has all the user management rights - inviting teammates, revoke invitations, delete any user etc.

Admin:  The secondary Xobin account user and the one who has the following rights in the Xobin platform.

Responsibilities:

• Admin can Preview all the assessments and view/exports the test reports from My Assessments section
• Admin can create/edit the tests, invite the candidates, view/exports the reports and also manage the test settings etc.

Observer: Observer has only the below right in the entire Xobin platform.

Responsibilities:

• Observer can only Preview all the assessments and view/exports the test reports from My Assessments section.

Test Creator: Creator has only the below right in the entire Xobin platform.

Responsibilities:

• Test Creator has restricted access and can only create and manage tests on the Xobin platform.
