Is sharing of accounts allowed?

Sharing your Xobin account with users from other organizations is strictly prohibited.

However, the account holder can add and grant access to team members belonging to the same organization. All users must sign up and log in using their official organization email address (for example, name@organization.com).

This ensures account security and proper usage in line with Xobin’s policies.
