I did not receive the Assessment Export, Xoform Export or AI Interview Export. What can I do?

If you haven't received your Assessment Export, Xoform Export, or AI Interview Export via email, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:


  1. Check Your Email Folders

Sometimes automated reports are flagged by security filters. Please check your:

  • Spam or Junk folders.
  • Promotions or Updates tabs (for Gmail users).
  • Clutter folder (for Outlook users).
  1. Refresh Your Session

A stale session can occasionally interfere with data requests. Try the following:

  • Log out of your Xobin account.
  • Clear your browser cache (optional but recommended).
  • Log back in and attempt to trigger the export again.
  1. Verify Your Email Settings

Ensure that your registered email address is correct and that your IT department has whitelisted @xobin.com to prevent emails from being blocked at the server level.
