How to prevent duplicate invites?

If you accidentally invite a candidate who has already been invited:

Single Invite

A popup will appear alerting you of the duplicate invite. If you still wish to proceed, click Invite Anyway.

A candidate who has already completed the assessment cannot retake it, even if re-invited.

Bulk Invite

Duplicates are automatically detected and filtered out. If the uploaded file contains a candidate who was previously invited, a popup will appear notifying you of the duplicate.
