How to know your Xobin Account Usage ?

Xobin account usage offers a comprehensive view of candidate activity and assessment performance, enabling recruiters to monitor engagement, analyze hiring efficiency, and make informed decisions based on real-time data.

Step 1: Log into the Xobin Dashboard

• Go to: Xobin Sign-In.
• After logging in, You’ll land on the Home Page.

Step 2: View Assessment Overview

• After scrolling down, You will see the assessment analytics dashboard.
• It tracks key metrics such as Assessment Status (Started, Completed, Pending, Expired, or Revoked), Candidate Performance (Qualified vs Not Qualified)

Step 3: Filters and Custom Views

• You can view the analytics by applying filters such as user filter, date range filter, assessment filter.

Step 4: Download the Analytic Reports

• On the right side at the bottom you will an arrow button.
• Click on the arrow button and the data will get exported.
