How to know your Xobin Account Usage ?
Xobin account usage offers a comprehensive view of candidate activity and assessment performance, enabling recruiters to monitor engagement, analyze hiring efficiency, and make informed decisions based on real-time data.
Step 1: Log into the Xobin Dashboard
Go to: Xobin Sign-In.
After logging in, You’ll land on the Home Page.
Step 2: View Assessment Overview
After scrolling down, You will see the assessment analytics dashboard.
It tracks key metrics such as Assessment Status (Started, Completed, Pending, Expired, or Revoked), Candidate Performance (Qualified vs Not Qualified)
Step 3: Filters and Custom Views
You can view the analytics by applying filters such as user filter, date range filter, assessment filter.
Step 4: Download the Analytic Reports
On the right side at the bottom you will an arrow button.
Click on the arrow button and the data will get exported.
