How to integrate Xobin with an ATS/HRMS?

Xobin and Zoho Recruit have partnered to make candidate screening more seamless than ever. If you're using Zoho Recruit Enterprise, you can send Xobin assessments to candidates directly from Zoho Recruit. Once candidates complete the assessment, their results are automatically sent back to Zoho Recruit — eliminating the need to switch between platforms.

Note: The integration must be set up on both the sides. Please follow both sections below to complete the setup successfully.

Part 1: Setting Up the Integration in Xobin

Log In to Your Account

Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin
Sign in with your credentials.

Navigate to the Settings Tab

Click the user icon in the top bar.
Select Settings.
Alternatively, click your name in the bottom-left corner and select Settings from the popup.

Connect the ATS/HRMS

Go to the **Integrations **panel.
Search for and click on the required ATS/HRMS tool.

Click + Connect <tool name> to initiate the integration.

You will be redirected to your ATS/HRMS account, where you will be prompted to grant Xobin access.
Click Accept to grant the required permissions.

Viewing the Integration Details

You'll be taken back to Xobin.
On the Integrations page, click on that tool's name.
Your API Key and Xobin Domain Name will be generated.
Copy these for use in the next section.

Setting Up the Integration in Your ATS/HRMS

Log in to your ATS/HRMS account.
Ensure the integration steps are completed on your ATS/HRMS side as well for the integration to function correctly.
Install the Xobin Extension.
Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
