How to export all the candidate test reports data to excel?
Xobin allows users to export all the candidate reports data for an assessment as per the requirement in a excel sheet.
Login to your account
Go to My Assessments tab and click on the View Reports button for an assessment to export the reports.
Clicking View reports option will open all the reports associated with that particular assessment. Click on Exports button on right upper corner. You'll receive an email with the CSV file containing all the candidate's consolidated test reports data.

On the left side, you can Sort/filter out the reports by qualified, not qualified, shortlisted, scores high to low and filter by date of test completion by candidates. Applying any of the filter will display the desired test reports and you can export them into a CSV file following the above steps.
