How to see the rejected/ shortlisted/ hired candidate on the dashboard?
In Xobin report page, we help users to filter out and find the reports for Qualified, Not Qualified, Shortlisted candidates in an assessment.
All the candidates who complete/submit the test, the report gets generated in Reports page for an assessment.
You can view the reports and the aggregate score in the Reports dashboard.
Based on the predetermined cut-off or viewing the complete report of candidates - you can shortlist the candidate for next rounds of interviews.
Choose from the filters and press Apply filter button to apply the particular filter and view.
