How to configure MCQ, subjective, audio, video, or assignment questions?

  1. Log In to Your Account


  1. Navigate to the Assessments Tab
  • In the sidebar, click Assessments.


  1. Open the Assessment Builder
  • Click + Create Assessment to open the creation area.



  • Click Start from scratch.
  • Enter the assessment name.
  • Click Continue.



  1. Selecting Skills for an Assessment
  • In the left sidebar, select All Questions to browse the global question library, or My Questions to use your own uploaded questions.
  • Select the type of question you want to add from the dropdown — MCQ, Subjective, or Assignment.
  • To add audio or video type questions specifically, use the Advanced Builder. Refer to the guide below to learn how.

How to Use the Advanced Builder

  • Click + Add Section to create additional sections.
  • Click on a section, then click on the skill name in the sidebar to add skills to that specific section.


  1. Configure Questions in a Section
  • Click on any skill name under a section to view its questions.
  • Click on any question to preview it in full, including the options and correct answer.
  • Adjust the number of questions per difficulty level by clicking + or next to it.



  1. Adjust Section Settings
  • Double-click the section name to rename it, then click anywhere outside the text box to confirm.
  • Click Off-Tab Enable to toggle off-tab tracking on or off.
  • Click Shuffle Questions to enable or disable question shuffling between candidates.
  • Edit the section duration in the Section Time Limit text box. The overall assessment duration will update automatically.
  • Click Section Time Limit to enable or disable timing for that section.



  1. Save the Assessment
  • Set the cut-off score by clicking on the text box.
  • Click Create Assessment to save.
