What is Registration Form ? How to get candidate information using Registration Form ?
The Registration Form allows recruiters to collect additional candidate information before the assessment begins.
- Log in to your Xobin account and navigate to the Assessments page.
- Locate the required assessment, click the three-dot menu, and open the assessment settings.

- From the settings window, navigate to the Registration Form tab.

- In the Registration Form section, add a field by entering a Label, selecting the Field Type (such as text, number, media, or video), and marking the field as Required if the information is mandatory. Click Add to include the field in the form.
- You can also quickly add commonly used fields such as phone number, resume, years of experience, ID proof, CGPA, or introduction video from the Suggested Fields section.
- To remove any field, click the delete (bin) icon next to it.
- Once all required fields are added, click Save to apply the registration form settings.

The information collected through the registration form is available within the candidate’s assessment report under Registration Details.
