What is partial white-labeling? How can I get my branding in the assessments?

Partial white-labeling is the ideal solution for companies that want to project a professional, branded image without the overhead of building a fully custom platform. It allows you to mask the third-party provider's identity at the most critical touchpoints of the candidate journey.

Xobin enables you to inject your corporate identity into four key areas of the assessment process.

  1. Test Invitation — First Impression

The test invitation is the first interaction a candidate has with your brand. Instead of a generic platform email, you can customize:

  • Sender Name: Display your company name instead of "Xobin Support."
  • Company Logo: Your logo appears in the header of the invitation email.
  • Custom Copy: Tailor the messaging to reflect your company's tone — whether formal and corporate or casual and conversational.

  1. In-Test Branding — The Assessment Environment

While candidates focus on the assessment, your brand remains front and center:

  • Header Logo: Your logo is displayed in the top-left or top-center of the assessment interface.
  • Company Name: The assessment title and footer explicitly reference your organization (e.g., "[Company Name] Frontend Developer Challenge").
  • Brand Colors: The candidate-facing assessment interface reflects your own color scheme and logo, ensuring a fully cohesive brand experience throughout.

  1. Partially Branded URL — Web Presence

A partially branded URL adds a layer of authenticity and security to your assessment links.

Format: "https://your-company-name.xobin.com/" instead of "https://app.xobin.com/".

Why it matters: Candidates feel more confident entering their information when the URL contains the name of the company they applied to.

  1. Post-Assessment Experience

Completion Message: Once the assessment is submitted, the "Thank You" screen can be customized with your brand colors and a redirect link to your company's careers page.
