How to update company name and workspace details?

  1. Log In to Your Account


  1. Navigate to the Settings Tab
  • Click the user icon in the top bar.
  • Select Settings.
  • Alternatively, click your name in the bottom-left corner and select Settings from the popup.


  1. Access Company Details
  • In the sidebar, click Company.


  1. Update Company Details
  • Update the company name in the Company Name text box.
  • Edit the name under Send Your Invites As to customize the sender name displayed in candidate emails.
  • Click on Company Logo and choose a new image to be the logo.
  • Click Save Changes.


  1. Customize Theme
  • Click on the Theme Color section.
  • Pick your desired color from the color palette.
  • Click outside the palette to confirm your selection.
  • Click Save Theme Settings.


  1. Edit Account Details
  • In the sidebar, click My Account.
  • Update your Full Name and/or Phone Number.
  • Optionally, set a profile photo.
  • Click Save Changes.
  • To change your password, enter your Current password followed by your New password twice, then click Change Password in the bottom-right corner.


  1. Manage Users
  • In the sidebar, click Users.
  • Click Change role next to any user to update their role — available roles are Observer, Test Creator, Admin, and Super Admin.
  • Click Delete next to any user to remove them from the account.
