How to switch off Browser Monitoring / Off tab Activity?

Xobin allows you to disable the off-tab tracking feature based on your assessment needs. This can be done in three ways: through the assessment settings, while creating a new assessment, or while editing an existing one.

Log In to Your Account

Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin
Sign in with your credentials.

Navigate to the Assessments Tab

In the sidebar, click Assessments.

Method-1 : Via Assessment Settings

Select the required assessment and click the three dots icon next to it.

Go to General.
Under Toggle Settings, toggle off Off-Tab Tracking.
Click Save in the bottom-right corner.

Method-2: While Creating a New Assessment

Click + Create new assessment in the Assessments tab.

Select Create From Scratch.

Click + Add Section.
Click Off tab Enabled to disable off-tab tracking for that specific section.
Click Create assessment.

Configure the name, description, registration form, and other proctoring settings. To disable off-tab tracking for the entire assessment, go to General Settings and toggle off Off-Tab Activity Tracking.
Click Launch Assessment.

Method-3: While Editing an Existing Assessment

In the Assessments tab, click the edit (pen) icon next to the required assessment.

Click Off-Tab Enabled on the relevant section to disable it.
Click Save assessment.
