How to shortlist candidates in the reports page?

To shortlist the candidates for the next rounds of interview in the reports page follow these steps :-

• Log in to your Xobin account and navigate to the Assessments page from the left menu.
• Locate the required assessment and click View Reports to open the reports page.

• On the reports page, you can see the list of candidates along with their overall score and integrity score.
• To shortlist a candidate, click the heart icon next to the candidate’s score. The heart icon turns active, indicating that the candidate has been shortlisted.

• To view all shortlisted candidates, use the filters available on the left panel.
• Select the Shortlisted option under the Sort/Filter section and click Apply Filters and Search.
• The reports page will now display only the shortlisted candidates.

This allows recruiters to quickly identify and proceed with candidates selected for the next round of interviews!
