How to set Assessment expiration date and time for the open link?
Xobin's online assessment software allows recruiters to set expiration date and time for assessment link sent via open link.
Select the assessment that you want to send to the candidates.
Click on Send Invitation button.
For inviting the candidates for the assessment, Xobin gives you 3 options - Email invite for single candidate, Open link & Email Invite to candidates in bulk.
Select the 2nd option - Open Link and click on SET TIME FOR OPEN LINK. Choose the date and time in which you want to keep the open link active for the candidates to take up the test.
Copy and Share the link to the candidate. Candidates will be able to open/access the link and start the test in the time set in step 4.
