How to Re-invite/Resend or send a test reminders to the candidates?

  1. Log In to Your Account


  1. Navigate to the Assessments Tab
  • In the sidebar, click Assessments.


  1. View Invites
  • Select the required assessment.
  • Click on Invited corresponding to that assessment.



  1. Send Reminder Invites
  • Tick the checkbox next to the candidates you want to send a reminder to.
  • Click Send Reminder.
  • Repeat this process whenever you need to send additional reminders.



  1. Send New Invites

To invite candidates to the assessment, refer to the guides below:


To set up automated reminders:

  • Toggle on Enable Automated Reminders.
  • Select the schedule for the 1st Reminder and 2nd Reminder.
  • The reminders will be automatically sent to candidates at the scheduled times.
