How to Re-invite/Resend or send a test reminders to the candidates?
- Log In to Your Account
- Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin
- Sign in with your credentials.
- Navigate to the Assessments Tab
- In the sidebar, click Assessments.
- View Invites
- Select the required assessment.
- Click on Invited corresponding to that assessment.

- Send Reminder Invites
- Tick the checkbox next to the candidates you want to send a reminder to.
- Click Send Reminder.
- Repeat this process whenever you need to send additional reminders.

- Send New Invites
To invite candidates to the assessment, refer to the guides below:
To set up automated reminders:
- Toggle on Enable Automated Reminders.
- Select the schedule for the 1st Reminder and 2nd Reminder.
- The reminders will be automatically sent to candidates at the scheduled times.
