I need to invite a large pool of candidates. Is there an option to Mass Upload a list of candidates?

Yes, Xobin allows you to invite a large pool of candidates at once.

1. Log in to Your Account

• Go to: [https://app.xobin.com/signin]()
• Sign in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to Assessments

• From the dashboard, go to the Assessments tab.

3. Open the Send Invitation Page

• Select the required assessment.
• Click the Send Invitation (arrow) button.

4. Select Bulk Invite

• Choose the Bulk Invite option.

5. Upload Candidate Details

• Click Upload CSV File and upload your candidate list.

• After uploading, you can also manually enter candidate name and email ID and add them one by one.

6. Send Invitations

• Enter a custom email message.
• Set the invite expiry date and time.
• Toggle Enable Automated Reminders and schedule 2 automated reminders to be sent.
• Click Send to invite candidates.
