How to invite a candidate via email and set expiration date for Invites sent via email?
Xobin's online assessment software allows recruiters to set expiration date for assessments sent via email
Go to Xobin Dashboard, navigate to Assessments and Select the assessment you want to send test invites to the candidates.
Click on the Send Invitation button.
For inviting the candidates for the assessment, Xobin gives you 3 options - Email invite for single candidate, Open link & Email Invite to candidates in bulk. Select the 1st option - Email.
Enter the name, email and the Expiration date and time for the test link. The candidate has to take up the assessment before the expiration date and time, post which the assessment link will get expired.
Click on 'Send'. button.
The test invite will be sent via email to the candidate.
