How to revoke test invites sent via email?
Xobin allows you to revoke the test invites sent to candidates via email. This will prevent candidates from taking up the assessment from test link received on email. Follow the steps below to revoke invites -
Sign in to Xobin Dashboard and navigate to Assessments tab. Click on Invited button to revoke the test email invites sent for that particular assessment.
Clicking on Invited button will take you to all invites status page for that assessment. Select the candidates you wish to revoke the test email invite sent.
Hit the Revoke Invites button in red color after selecting the candidates and access to revoke the test email invites will be revoked immediately.
Candidates will receive an email stating that their access to take up the test is revoked.
