How to revoke test invites sent via email?

Xobin allows you to revoke the test invites sent to candidates via email. This will prevent candidates from taking up the assessment from test link received on email. Follow the steps below to revoke invites -

Log In to Your Account

Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin
Sign in with your credentials.

Navigate to the Assessments Tab

In the sidebar, click Assessments.

View Invited Candidates

Click Invited next to the required assessment.

Revoke Invites

Use the search bar to find the candidates whose invites you want to revoke.
Tick the checkbox next to each candidate.
Click Revoke Invites.

Candidates will receive an email notifying them that their access to the assessment has been revoked.

Revoked candidates will not be able to take the assessment and will need to be re-invited if you change your mind.
