How can we customize Workflows?
Xobin provides Workflow customizations for customers in the Standard Plan.
Follow the below steps to customize workflows in Xobin:
- Log In to Your Account
- Go to https://app.xobin.com/signin
- Sign in with your credentials.
- Navigate to the Assessments Tab
- In the sidebar, click Assessments.
- Open Assessment Settings
- Locate the required assessment.
- Click Manage next to it.

- Access Workflow Settings
- In Test Settings, click on Workflows.
- Configure Workflow Rules
- Enable Follow-up Assessments.
- Turn on Follow-up Assessments to automatically invite candidates to the next assessment upon qualification
- Enter the cut-off score to filter eligible candidates
- Specify the follow-up assessment name
- Configure invite details such as:
- Expiry deadline
- Message
- Email subject

- Enable Webhooks
- Enable Submission Webhook to connect with external applications.
- Enable Assessment Start Webhook to receive notifications when a candidate begins the assessment.

- Enable Redirection
- Turn on Redirection to send Xobin data to a specified URL.

- Click on Save Changes in the top-right corner.
